SELF DEFENCE
Our Self-Defense program is designed for men, women, and teens to learn practical, real-world protection skills. The program teaches situational awareness, escape techniques, and confidence-building in a controlled, safe environment. SIQARAH offers professional training in multiple martial arts disciplines designed to develop strength, confidence, discipline, and self-defense skills. Each program is led by certified instructors under the guidance of Grand Master Dr. Amjad Ali and follows a structured curriculum suitable for beginners, intermediate, and advanced learners.
